Shipping Materials

At Moosh Monkey, we ensure that our shipping materials are made from sustainable, reusable and recycled products. We reuse shipping boxes and packing materials from our vendors and anywhere else we can.

We use recycled boxes and postage bags and even our packing peanuts are biodegradable!

Please make sure to continue our efforts by reusing boxes, putting them in their correct recycling containers for collection or making some really cool box cars, forts or our favourite – a Taco Stand. Yes, we made a taco stand out of a shipping box from our dishwasher!

Shipping Policy

Orders over $150 before taxes to a Canadian address are shipped free of charge via standard free shipping. 

Please note that Remote Area Exceptions apply.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back goods.

How Quickly Will My Order Be Shipped?

It is important to us that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible. Free Shipping orders typically ship in 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). 

If we discover an in-stock item is not available for whatever reason, you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason. 

If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution. 

Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment to process online orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours from the time of order. To cancel your order, please email customerservice@mooshmonkey.com. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to the return policy.

Return Policy

Moosh Monkey offers a 30-day return policy on all returnable products.

Moosh Monkey is confident that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please reach out to customerservice@mooshmonkey.com to begin the exchange or refund process.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must have been purchased at regular price, be unused/unworn and returned in its original packaging (unopened) within 30 days. For items without a box, the original tags must be intact. For returns without receipts, you will receive the lowest sale price in the last 6 months. Note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning Your Order Online

To help us expedite the return or exchange of your online purchase, please follow the following steps:

  1. Take a photograph of the item(s) you would like to return to show it is in its original packaging and condition
  2. Send the photo(s), along with your order number and the reason for your return to customerservice@mooshmonkey.com
  3. Our team will process your return and email instructions for returning your order.
  4. Once your return is received and confirmed to be in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days, less original shipping charges if any.

Return shipping is at your expense.
 

Please note that orders returned which are found to be non-resalable condition after inspection are subject to refusal or restocking fees of up to 100%.

Final Sale Items

Moosh Monkey customers can always be confident that our products are completely new, unused and attain a high standard of quality. For safety and hygienic reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Teethers + Pacifiers
  • Personal Care Products
  • Feeding Items ( Bowls, Plates, Utensils, Water Bottles once they are opened)
  • Dog toys and feeding items once they have been used.

Additionally, the following items are also final sales:

  • Clearance Items
  • All sale items
  • Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
  • Items that have been assembled and modified
  • Items that have been used outside the home
  • Special order items

What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If you received a damaged item, we apologize and look forward to making it right! Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please email a picture of your damaged item and your order number to customerservice@mooshmonkey.com and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange.

US Shipping & Returns

Mooshmonkey.com ships all US orders through the Canadian Postal Service. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs as well as any duty, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier. The minimum delivery charge for shipping in the US is $30. If it is going to cost more we will contact you prior to shipping out your order.

When checking out you will be notified of your shipping costs which will vary depending on the location of the final destination. Shipping charges quoted will not include extra costs such as duty, brokerage, etc. that may be incurred and that are the responsibility of the purchaser.

US Returns

MooshMonkey.com is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy, with your purchase, email customerservice@mooshmonkey.com to advise us that you are sending your product(s) back and to get a Return Authorization Number (This number must be written on the outside of the returned parcel). We require that all returns be made through an insurable method and that a tracking number is provided. MooshMonkey is not responsible for items that may have become lost or stolen in shipment. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery for all returns. US and International orders do not qualify for free returns.

Remote Area Exceptions

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our free shipping to select remote areas due to the higher cost of shipping, however, shipping is available at a discounted price.
